Frank is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of NY, and a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional with over 15 years experience in the HVAC and Sustainability industries. Frank is an active member of ASHRAE NY and served as President in 2017-18. He is currently a member of the Board of Governors in addition to holding the Regional Vice Chair Technology Transfer Position.

Melissa is a graduate of Dickinson College with a BA in International Business & Management and has a background in Real Estate. As Director of Operations & Marketing, she maintains organizational processes throughout Thermal Systems Associates. She has 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy and social media management.

Don is a graduate of Long Island University with a BA in Education and Master’s in Business
Don Henderson is the Director of Sales for Thermal Systems. He has over 8 years’ experience working as an applications engineer, and product specialist. Don taught in the New York Public school system prior to joining the HVAC industry. He continues to educate by providing technical trainings, product and services presentations and support for jobsite design build opportunities.

David is a Mechanical engineer and NY Maritime alumni with 25 years experience in hvac systems,
design development, design-build, VE, and sales. David has held previous
positions with Xylem and Armstrong Pumps in sales management roles. David's
supports M/P disciplines, through technical training, equipment selection and best in class design strategies.

Stephanie started at Johnson Controls in the Building Efficiency Branch then brought her knowledge of systems over to Thermal Systems Associates where she has been for over five years. She has over 10 years of experience in helping design systems from gas-fired boilers to electric hot water heaters in the ever-changing HVAC industry. Graduate of University of Nebraska's Architectural Engineering school. She is heavily involved with the ASHRAE Bi-State Chapter as a past president and on the current Board of Governors.

Coming from generations of talented technicians and gifted mechanical gurus, Justin brings his over 10 years of commercial HVAC and plumbing experience to Thermal Systems as a contractor oriented Technical Salesman. Justin started in this industry as a field technician with a family-owned HVAC company, later moving in to wholesale management and sales. An accomplished singer/actor, Mr. Randolph draws on his years of stage experience to create engaging, concise, and informative training classes for Thermal System’s customers and their clients.

Paul has been in the HVAC industry for over 40 years. Formally with Slant/Fin Corp as Regional and Factory Direct Sales Manager.

Cedric has over 35 years experience in this industry. He was a former Technical Director of Boiler & Burner Maintenance Division at NYCHA (1995-2011).

Prior to graduating from County College of Morris with a MET degree, Mason stepped into the Factory Automation field as a Mechanical Engineer. Since then, he has taken on multiple roles such as Sales, Design Engineering, Electrical Wiring, Manufacturing, Machining and Installation.
